How does the school year work?
Pupils are going to do an exam for each unit. A week before doing the exam the English teacher is going to make a note on the diary or on the vocabulary sheet.
The teacher is going to give to the children the vocabulary sheet . In the vocabulary sheet there are some words which pupils have to study . We can also find these words in this blog.
The exam’s day children have to bring the vocabulary sheet to the class.
The exam has got four parts: Reading, writing, listening and speaking.
When the English teachers correct the test, they will give it to pupils so they will take it home to show it to their parents. Their parents have to sign it. The next English lesson, pupils must bring the signed test so that the teachers could check if the test is signed and pupil's parents know the test mark and they're aware of their children situation.
The final mark of the school report will be the average of all the English skills marks that they got during the term. The final English mark could change because English teachers value pupils' behaviour, the attitude to their daily work and participation.
¿Cómo funciona el curso?
Los alumnos harán un control por unidad. El profesor de inglés escribirá el control en la agenda o en el vocabulario una semana antes. A cada alumno se le entregará el vocabulario o palabras que tiene que estudiar y saber escribir. También puede encontrar estas palabras en el apartado correspondiente de este blog.El día del control tendrán que traer el vocabulario a clase de nuevo.
El control consta de cuatro partes: Reading (comprensión escrita), writing (expresión escritura), listening (comprensión oral) y speaking (expresión oral).
Cuando el profesor tenga el control corregido se lo entregará al alumno para que los padres lo puedan ver y firmar. Al día siguiente deberán traer el control firmado a clase. La firma del control nos ayuda a saber que los padres han visto los exámenes y de este modo asegurarnos que conocen cual es la situación en la que se encuentra su hij@.
La nota final del boletín será la media de los controles hechos a lo largo del trimestre. La nota final podrá variar ya que se tendrá en cuenta el comportamiento, la actitud en clase, trabajo diario, participación,…
